Thank you for supporting Rare Perceptions Gallery.

Because our artwork is produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Personal preference after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and production partner to determine the best resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
