Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
- Made-to-order artwork may require additional production time during periods of high demand.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or seasonal demand.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos of the package and artwork.
We will work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Rare Perceptions Gallery is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
